CRM accounts without storage add-ons can now migrate their file storage to Zoho Workdrive. Admins of these accounts will see a pop-up that asks them to schedule the migration and connect to a Workdrive account.
Clareti have had a lot of questions regarding this and there are some subtleties in the deployment
which should be understood before moving storage from CRM to Workdrive. It is concerning whether the documents are moved to ‘Team’ or ‘My’ Folders. Currently they will be moved to ‘My’ folders which doesn’t matter if you are viewing them from CRM but WILL matter if you view them from Workdrive. We suggest waiting to implement this until this is sorted out as there have been many Zoho Partners complaining about the ‘My Folder’ approach for obvious reasons.
