Zoho are now expanding Zoho CRM Sandbox to support integrations with other Zoho products. You can connect, configure, and validate the behaviour of your integrated tools within your sandbox environment - testing end-to-end without using live records - before deploying anything to production.

The following Zoho integrations will be fully supported in your Sandbox environment with others to follow shortly:

• Zoho Backstage
• Zoho Analytics
• Zoho Finance
• Zoho Forms
• Zoho Flow
• Zoho Creator
• Zoho Circuits

If you’re managing complex CRM workflow, integrations need to be tested first and a misconfigured automation in Zoho Flow or an incorrectly mapped field in Zoho Finance can have real consequences  in production as corrupted records, missed triggers, or broken client-facing processes.

If you already use Zoho CRM Sandbox, the supported integrations will be available to configure directly within the Sandbox environment
