Often a carefully designed CRM system meets many client requirements for a dynamic database of clients and their transactions. We’ve migrated huge amounts of data from other systems to Zoho and they make it very easy to do this. Qu.1 Are you an established company with a track record?

Yes, Clareti was established in 2006 and has grown ever since.

We’ve completed hundreds of projects and encourage you to get in touch so we can provide explanations of what we do and provide references for our work.

Qu.2 How much work is done in the UK?

Clareti does almost all of our work in the UK.

We work with a brilliant software engineer in South Africa occasionally but that is only once we have a client’s permission to do this and when some heavy lifting SQL or coding work is required.

Qu.3 Are you big enough to take on our project?

We are a small company but have taken on some large projects, deploying Zoho systems at some large companies.

We often ‘team up’ with a client’s internal team to act as the subject matter expert for the project. We also have extensive backup available from Zoho if required.

Qu.4 Are you small enough to care?

Clareti cares about all of its clients. We all take personal responsibility for client projects and know our clients very well.

You will know who to deal with and their phone numbers so are never talking to a faceless organisation or a different person every time you seek support from us. You will always be talking with an expert rather than an inexperienced support representative.

Qu.5 What happens if things go wrong?

Things do occasionally go wrong and if they do we are the first to admit it if something is our mistake.

We value our reputation and so always seek to fix things to a client’s satisfaction immediately. We never do the blame game.

Qu.6 How do we get support?

Clareti uses the excellent Zoho Desk system for creating support tickets. Clients can apply for portal access that allows them to monitor existing tickets and create new requests.

We also use Zoho Projects for more complex or long lasting support on specific items. Phone is always available of course to keep the personal contact between Clareti and clients.

Qu.7 What does it cost?

Clareti charges for its project work or support in a variety of ways which are detailed elsewhere on the website. We aim to offer fair prices for UK based services.

We are often able to understand and deliver projects and support far quicker than offshore based support and we have little administrative overhead to recoup in order for Clareti to remain financially sustainable. Please ask for a quote for our services when contacting us.

Qu.8 How do we start?

Once we have had a discussion to establish if Clareti can provide the services you need and we judge that we will be able to deliver value to your organisation, we usually start by conducting a data architecture exercise which will establish an overall data plan for your organisation.

In some cases we don’t need to do this e.g. for long-established systems, in which case we just start by invoicing for one of our support packages and start delivering support and or enhancement services. We are incredibly flexible and can work in a variety of ways usually designed around your processes. Just ask us if you have a preferred method.
