Often a neglected part of any new or substituted system is the way it is going to interface with other systems that need to either send or receive data.

For a new client we almost always conduct a data architecture exercise. This needn’t take very long and is often done remotely although we do favour the personal touch of visiting our clients in person. Clareti listens to how the current processes work and poses a number of critical questions about what a ‘future state’ may be some 6 months down the line.
