This is not a major enhancement but one of those nice-to-haves that Zoho are good at addressing every now and again.
The new feature allows you to customise the form name in your Form Permalink (URL). By default, the URL reflects the initial title of your form. Updating the Form Title in the builder will not automatically change the existing web address. To ensure your URL matches a new title, you can update the link name manually. This allows you to maintain professional and relevant URLs without the need to create a new form from scratch. A number of our clients have already taken advantage of this feature.
How it works
Imagine you created a form titled "Event Registration 2025" with the URL
forms.zohopublic.com/client/EventRegistration2025/formperma/...
When 2026 happens you can now change the URL of the same form to EventRegistration2026, so
instead of building a new form from scratch, you simply update the content for 2026 and update the
URL link..
