The related lists on a particular record show you the connections or associations there are with other CRM records e.g. the contacts associated with a company.

Until now you have only been ever able to see 10 at a time which was a bit frustrating. With this enhancement you are able to open an expanded view of a particular related list and see up to 100 records at a time.

And that’s not all. You can also filter the records to see a particular set of related records AND conduct mass updates on these records. We’re out of breath just thinking about the time it will save us and the clients that are going to be happy about this!
