Exporting module data in Zoho CRM has been improved with enhanced security and flexibility features.
Now, when you export data, you can set a password for the exported ZIP file directly from the Preferences section on the Export Data page. This added layer of protection helps prevent unintended access to your exported data during download, storage, or sharing. It's worth noting that the password secures the entire ZIP file, not the individual files inside it.
Additionally, you can export data with rich text formatted as plain text, which removes HTML tags from the exported content. This option ensures cleaner, easier-to-use data exports when you don't need the HTML formatting.
To make these options clearer and more accessible, the Export Data page is now divided into two sections: Configure and Preferences.
