Zoho have introduced a new type of field in Zoho CRM. It is an ‘address’ field, designed to make it easier to capture address details. The logic behind this is admirable however there are many issues to consider when using this field and we recommend waiting until all the issues are resolved before potentially switching over to it.
Zoho needs to allow for renaming of the fields and ensure any integrations with applications like Zoho Forms and Zoho Analytics are sorted out. These are known issues as of June 2026. If you want to see more on this then there is a help page on Zoho’s website here.
