Process

In order to analyse your data it can be necessary to ‘process it in order to either enhance or correct it to ensure data integrity and quality. Zoho Dataprep which comes bundled with Zoho Analytics allows you to do this with a visual builder for data pipelines and a built-in AI engine to transform data in over 250 ways including data clustering and deduplication

Once this initial data is uploaded into Analytics the drag and drop interface (with extensive more complex analysis techniques) comes into play and it is straightforward to produce a wide range or report types and tables. In our view one of the most useful aspects of Zoho Analytics is the ability to display any report or dashboard back into its own tab within CRM.
