CRM and Zoho applications for
Healthcare
Clareti are CRM, Zoho and Integration experts. A Zoho Advanced Partner with more than 20 years experince in a range of industry sectors.
Clareti has been helping healthcare services organisations with their data and system requirements for over 10 years.
Most of these have been carrying out full Zoho implementations almost always with a heavily customised version of Zoho CRM at its core.
The implementations that Clareti has led in healthcare are in three main areas.
1. Contract Research Organisations (CRO)
The multi-billion dollar drug development market is dominated by large players (large pharma). Billions of dollars are spent developing a drug and getting approval from either the FDA, the MHRA or the EMA or their regional equivalents. This involves putting drugs or devices through a multi-stage trials process from Stage 1 – First in human trials through to Stage 4 – Post Marketing studies.
Symbiotic to the drugs companies, CROs run those trials where protocols are developed, investigators and patients are recruited and data collected and processed during and after a trial.
The CROs need a pipeline management tool to monitor and record the lengthy engagement and bidding process with their drug/device company clients. Zoho CRM and allied applications fits this bill to a tee. Often and for reasons not entirely clear a badge of honour appears to be to use the most expensive CRM system and to copy what other CROs are doing. For a third of the subscription cost and with a payback of less than a year Zoho CRM can be substituted, saving around £100k per annum for a 120 user system.
Clareti even has a ‘template’ system including CRM and Data Analytics that can be deployed quickly and adapted/enhanced to any application with extensive customisation capabilities and knowledge of the industry and other implementations.
Contact us for more information and a demo of a system that is probably better than the one you are using and savings or around 65% on an annual basis.
2. Health Innovation Networks
Health Innovation Networks or HINs are UK based specialist agencies that help the NHS adopt innovations ultimately for patient benefit. More broadly they are characterised as pure service providers where they create and maintain linkages between other providers and support networks of people for wider benefit.
Clareti has conducted many implementations and continues to support many HINs and other similar ‘people’ focused organisations. The extensive customisation and full feature set of Zoho CRM coupled with other applications like Zoho Backstage (similar to Eventbrite but for organisations) and the easy integrations are ideal for more complex data relationships. Whether it is many-to-many relationships that are needed by networks or the many different ‘end points’ of opportunities the full feature set of Zoho CRM forms a firm foundation of a suitable system to manage ‘business as usual’ for these complex organisations.
Contact Clareti for a discussion around your challenges to creating the correct data associations in your system and see how we can help you with the suite of Zoho and other applications twinned with our experience.
3. Pharmaceutical development
Clareti doesn’t claim to provide the development and management tools and software that are used within big pharma to develop new drugs however once they are marketed the client pipeline and commercial exploitation of the drugs has been aided more than once by Clareti deploying Zoho’s suite of applications from Zoho CRM through Zoho Forms to Zoho Analytics and others.
Whether you manufacture and market your own drugs or do so for others your pipelines, although complex, can be successfully managed using the extensive customisation capabilities of Zoho CRM and associated applications.
Zoho will also manage the other business aspects that can be expensive and/or difficult to administer such as expenses associated with clients or client satisfaction surveys etc. The excellent Zoho Projects plays a part in the management of the complex interactions that are often had during what can be long term ‘sales’ into this sector.
